Returns & Refunds policy

Returns:

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or if you no longer require the product.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product:

  • Arrives damaged or defective

  • Is not as described

  • You receive the incorrect item

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

We will assess the issue and provide a resolution where applicable.

Refunds:

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

Returns (if required):

In some cases, we may request that the item be returned before issuing a refund or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in original condition

  • Items returned without prior approval
